Like most humanoids, I plan on spending today celebrating Christmas (Wait…don’t tell me…I know it’s someone’s birthday….) and relaxing with family. I don’t know what I’ll be getting for Christmas, but at this point that part of isn’t important. Every morning I wake up to the best Christmas present a man could hope for, so today it’s about watching the joy on the faces of nieces and nephews as they open the gifts Santa left under the tree for them.
I’d like to wish my readers a safe and happy Christmas. To those of us committed to fighting the War on Christmas to the bitter end, may we all enjoy Happy Holidays and a Merry Xmas. Remember, in about 24 hours y’all can begin lining up to return all those presents from Aunt Hilde and Uncle Elmer and get what you really want.
Seriously, though, I hope that, wherever you are and however you may celebrate the holiday, you and yours will create a few memories. I’ll be back tomorrow (no doubt in a more serious manner), but for now I how we can all enjoy some Peace On Earth and Goodwill Towards Men. After this year, we certainly deserve it.
