Jerome Corsi, the World Net Daily contributor and Tea-Party activist, spoke during a conservative event in Oregon earlier this month, and claimed leftist atheists like the American Civil Liberties Union were trying to use same-sex marriage to “take God out of Church.”…. Raw Story reported, “He alleged leftists wanted to make same-sex marriage a constitutional right so that the government could crack down on Christians.”…. But the part I missed — intentionally or otherwise — when I initially read the story, was as LiberalAmerica points out, that Corsi said, “Sex isn’t about fun.”…. Obviously I’ve been doing it wrong. Corsi further said “If you want to have fun, read a book, go to a movie. Sex is about the procreation of children. It’s a sacred responsibility that is meant by God to have men and women commit their lifetime to children.”
Time was when I could still find myself astonished at the depth and breadth of the bat-$#!& crazy that teabaggers and members of the Rabid Religious Right are capable of. I’ve come to understand that this is the norm, and if you want to have your mind (and capacity for rational understanding) blown…well, just wait for a few minutes.
There are few more miserable excuses for humanity than Jerome Corsi, one of the most angry, joyless, intolerant, and judgmental bipeds to roam the Earth. He’s a walking, talking advertisement for modern Christianity…or not. A Google search will leave you with literally many weeks of comedic potential, what with all the truly stupid, mean-spirited, and just plain wrong things he’s written and said. Now he’s decreed that sex isn’t suppose to be fun. Evidently, to Corsi’s way of thinking (if that’s even what it can be called), sex is meant to be a joyless undertaking straight out of The Handmaid’s Tale…and I’m certain that in his miserable vanilla world it is. Recreational sex is a mortal sin, the only position sanctioned by the Almighty is the missionary position, and if it takes more than two-and-a-half minutes, you’re enjoying it WAY too much.
If Corsi was King of the World, sex would only be allowed for procreation and tightly regulated by the Church/State. This means people (married or unmarried) not desiring children have no business partaking of sex…because that would be too much like fun in Corsi’s book. More than anything, I feel sorry for Corsi, who’s evidently missed (or denied himself) one of the most beautiful things his (mean-spirited, intolerant, vindictive S.O.B.) God has bestowed upon mankind. If there was EVER a man more in need of getting laid than Jerome Corsi, I shudder to think who it might be. (Bill O’Reilly? Bryan Fischer? Pat Robertson?)
OF COURSE sex is supposed to be fun; there are few things more enjoyable in life than enjoying the sort of intimate physical contact and pleasure that’s part and parcel of sex. Clearly, Corsi is either doing it wrong…or he hasn’t gotten laid since the Ford Administration.
The truth is that Jerome Corsi isn’t about the Tea Party’s fiscal agenda, which is only a smokescreen for their desire to subjugate all of America under their authority and control. Corsi is the embodiment of Christian as anti-Christ, a zealot less about the teachings of Jesus Christ than creating a repressive dominionist theocracy in which all Americans are firmly under the thumbs of Conservative White “Christians.”
Wow…what a miserable waste of humanity, eh??
