On Friday, a Florida man was arrested at a Palm Bay Papa John’s—where he worked as a delivery driver—for allegedly having sex with his roommate’s German shepherd.
The roommate became suspicious after she noticed the dog—described to Brevard County police as a “family pet”— showing obvious fear of the roommate’s family members and friends. Suspecting her roommate—22-year-old Joshua Lee Werbicki—was to blame, she set up an in-home surveillance system, which eventually recorded one of Webicki’s alleged encounters with the dog.
Werbicki is facing one felony charge of animal cruelty and one misdemeanor charge of sex with an animal, according to Florida Today. As of Friday, he was being held on $2,500 bail.
