I could go on at considerable length deconstructing the lies and feverish hatred of all things Obama that Jennifer Stefano vomited during her interview with Chris Hayes. I see no reason why I should do the heavy lifting when she established her professional dishonesty the moment she opened her mouth.
I share this only because it’s highly entertaining. Ms. Stefano established early on that she has no intention of answering questions posed by Hayes. The end of a question from Hayes was her signal to begin ranting. She clearly sees her role as the last bastion against the mean, nasty, terrible, awful thing that is the Affordable Care Act. Hypocrisy can occasionally be quite entertaining; in this case primarily because Ms. Stefano is being paid by AFP to lie, dissemble, and propagandize as much as she can in the time allotted her. She appears to take her job VERY seriously.
It would be easy to take offense at the idea that Jennifer Stefano is a professional liar. In her defense, I understand that when you don’t have a coherent or compelling argument, lying may be your only option. Still, would it be too much to ask that the lying and dissembling be done with a modicum of skill and dexterity? You’re being paid to lie, ferchrissakes…the least you can do is not insult my intelligence.
Sometimes, Teh Crazy is just too much for a reasonable lucid person to fully absorb. Like, d’ya remember when Republicans claimed no one would sign up for Obamacarea? Right; NEVER let the truth get in the way of perfectly good propaganda, because there are always sheeple who will believe the worst regardless of its truth…or lack of it.
