Guns don't kill people; toddlers with guns kill people

The Montgomery Indoor Shooting Complex thinks all you PC liberals should stop freaking out about their Facebook photos of children holding high-power weaponry, because guns are never dangerous ever, especially not when they’re in the hands of adorable little 5-year-old minutemen. Guns and babies together are just as American as an apple pie that shoots you in the side of the neck as soon as you look away for a second. Employee Lilly Ann Gibbs told The Raw Story that people were too quick to jump to judgment, because they’re just trolling for gun safety or something: Primarily here at Montgomery Indoor Shooting Complex, we promote firearm safety, so in order to stimulate a little dialogue, we put a controversial picture in effort to get people’s feedback and get some awareness about that topic.

Wow; I had NO idea gun advocates were so tired of us crybaby Liberals always spouting off about gun control (It’s about using two hands, people!!) and background checks and yadayadayada…’ceptin’ that it’s really all just taking away the rights of decent, God-fearing American patriots. ‘Cuz all responsible gun owners really want to be able to do is protect themselves and their families from terrorists, criminals, Liberals, and Packers fans…right?? And, because firearms ARE so safe, why not stir up some controversy in order to spark a dialogue about firearm safety??

Because who DOESN’T think that guns and babies go together like motherhood and apple pie? Or freedom and liberty? Or strippers and professional athletes? Oh, wait…forget I said that last one, ‘kay? Thanks; I’d hate to get a C & D letter from Roger Goodell’s office.

Okay, so I get that promoting firearm safety among children is a good thing. But is posting pictures of children with guns, cartoon characters, and giant teddy bears REALLY the best way to create a dialogue about safe firearms handling? Especially when THIS is one of your hard and fast rules:

Despite its apparent support for arming infants and children, however, the range is adamant that “[e]xpecting mothers are not permitted on the range at any time.”

Move along, people…no hypocrisy here….
