Twitter is a useful and wonderful laboratory for examining our collective reaction to hot-button social issues (or ANY issue, really). Everyone from knuckle-dragging American Taliban zealots to live-and-let-live bleeding heart Liberals and everyone in between can get their ya-yas out in 140 characters or less. In light of Friday’s Supreme Court decision in favor of marriage equality, I thought it might be a good time to highlight what an amazing day it was on Twitter. The following represents a purely random sample of what scrolled through my feed. Noticeably absent are haters and religious zealots…because I don’t follow any.
