The percentage of Americans who favor sending ground troops into Iraq in order to oust Saddam Hussein, the lowest since last November, when 74% approved of the idea.

Also, Shrub's job approval has fallen to 65%, still healthy but also Shrub's lowest post-9.11 numbers.

Gee, could it be that Americans are finally beginning to question the wisdom of committing their sons and daughters to an ill-advised and poorly thought out war? Perhaps Shrub's "Trust me; I'm President" attitude is beginning to wear thin. If so, it's about time.
