Is it me, or is the room spinning??

My migraine has grown steadily worse over the past 24 hours. The end result is that my mental processes have virtually ground to a halt. So, the usual witty repartee and incisive political analysis will be absent today. If I think too hard, I want to throw up, so I'll probably spend the day wishing for the sweet release of death. Or watching the Cartoon Network. It just depends on which option involves the least of amount of effort on my part.
