In another step forward in my inexorable march toward total (albeit benevolent) world domination, it has been brought to my attention that I have been nominated for a 2003 Dilly Award. Feel free to vote for me in the "Pop Culture Commentary/Linkage" category. Hey, my expectations are minimal; after all, when your competition includes Dave Barry, Larry Simon, and Gerard Vlemmings- who are all funnier, smarter, and better looking than I am- one had best keep things in perspective. Lord knows I'm not going to win anything for Best Design, but it is nice to be recognized for doing something worthwhile.
I think I'll hold off on practicing my acceptance speech just yet....
