According to government, about one in every 37 adults in America has done time, making us #1 in incarceration rates. Take that Japan, with your better math scores! And English scores!! The study also says if you’re a black male your chances of seeing the inside of a cell in your lifetime are 1 in 3. 1 in 3!!! In fact, the only things a black man has a better chance of getting are sickle cell and a sex scene with Julia Stiles. So which is it? Are Americans by nature a more unlawful people, or just a people with more unlawful laws?
