In suburban Melbourne, a man lay dead in the front seat of his car as a parking inspector put a ticket on his windshield. The dead man has 30 days to appeal. In other corpse news, a man in Kobe, Japan, lived in the same apartment with a dead woman for a week. "I didn't know what to do so I stayed there with her," explained the man, who was taken into custody by police and questioned closely about why he didn't report the body so the proper parking citation could be issued.
