HILLARY RIPS BUSH: WARNS OF 'IRREPARABLE HARM' TO NATION

I don't know where it came from, but the fact is that this President Bush has not only been radical and extreme in terms of Democratic presidents but in terms of Republican presidents, including his own father. We have to change direction before irreparable harm is done. This administration is in danger of being the first in American history to leave our nation worse off than when they found it.

Clinton criticizes Bush in Austin: Senator takes shots at administration policies during book tour

This should come as a shock to no one, I suppose, but Sen. Hillary Clinton has some issues with President Bush.

AUSTIN -- U.S. Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y., on Friday blasted President Bush and his "radical" administration for attempting to dismantle the "central pillars of progress in our country during the 20th century."

Clinton, in an interview with two reporters, said she had become convinced the Republican administration wants "to undo the New Deal," the Roosevelt-era policies that ushered in Social Security and a host of other governmental assistance programs.

She said Bush, who campaigned as a "compassionate conservative" in 2000, had taken a "hard-right turn to pursue an extremist agenda" after moving into the White House.

Bush may have cast himself as a "compassionate" Conservative, but in truth there is nothing compassionate about the policies he has put forward during his three years in office. The man has been an absolute disaster...but then, if you read TPRS with any regularity, that doesn't come as news, does it??
