Let the punishment fit the crime

I'm not entirely against judges who consider a ban on gay marriage to be unconstitutional. After all, we're facing a future of an increasingly diverse society, and there's need for new punishments besides fines and jail time. That's where gay marriage comes into play. If someone's broken the law and fines and jail time don't work, sentence them to a gay marriage. Scour the gay bars or gay pride parades, pick out the most flaming fruit of the bunch, and hitch them up with the offender. That'll cure the impending crime wave, folks.
