Musgrave: Gay Marriage ‘Is The Most Important Issue That We Face Today’
Rep. Marilyn Musgrave (R-CO), the lead sponsor of the constitutional ban on gay marriage in the House, spoke this weekend at the Family Research Council’s “Values Voter Summit.” (Other virulently anti-gay speakers were featured at the event.) Musgrave declared that gay marriage “is the most important issue that we face today.” She told the audience that “when you’re in a cultural war like this, you have to respond with equal and hopefully greater force if you want to win,” and warned that the “future is grim” if gay marriage is not banned.
Gee…and all this time I’d been thinking that perhaps the economy or the war in Iraq, or maybe even terrorism were the biggest issues facing this country. Apparently not, because thanks to our latest DUMB@$$, I’ve been set straight. Yes, it would appear that the single biggest problem we face as a nation is…wait for it…GAY MARRIAGE. Who knew? For only when we can be certain that Da Gayz are prohibited from forcing their sick, disgusting agenda upon our children will we truly be safe.
Onward, Christian soldiers….
Only when we have succeeded in completely demonizing and marginalizing a class of people who more than anything else just want to be left along will our children truly be safe. Only when Rosie O’Donnell and her ilk are forced into concentration camps and forcibly re-educated into heterosexuality will our nation be the godly, moral Paradise we truly deserve.

Nine of the 11 annual laws that fund government agencies have not yet been passed by the current Congress. A long list of critical national security legislation remains unresolved. And yet, thanks to hard-right members of Congress like Musgrave, Congress wasted time this session debating fringe issues like gay marriage, flag burning, and repealing the estate tax.
Sure, but until we expose Gays and Lesbians as the perverts they truly are, how can we ever ensure that our children are safe? Until we enact legislation forcing homosexuals to wear pink triangles & immediately report to re-education camps, will ANY of us good, righteous, God-fearing Americans be safe from those who would to spread the homosexual agenda? I think not.
