Equality, which is the primary value of the left, is a European value, not an American value. Let me tell you that right now. I know this sounds offensive to half of my fellow Americans, because they have been Europeanized in their values. The French Revolution is not the American Revolution. The French Revolution said Liberty, Fraternity, Equality. The American Revolution said Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. We have lost touch with what our distinctive American values are. We have distinctive American values. ... We have a better value system, and this is being protected by one of the two parties: the Republican party.

Thank GOD for brave, selfless Americans like Dennis Prager, who has exposed himself to the slings and arrows of Librul righteous indignation to remind us of the truth about this country and our demonstrably perfected theocratic democratic system. Without Prager's (righteous, Conservative) insight and his devotion to (God's own) truth, far too many Americans would be denied this truth by the evil, nefarious Liberal Media. That truth? Well, besides the obvious and self-evident- God's a Republican- there's also the lesser known but equally important truth that equality is NOT an American value. Wow, I guess that whole "Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" thing really isn't about equality, eh? Who knew?? Yeah, I know what the Declaration of Indepence says...but Jesus Christ didn't write that, did he?

Then again, I have to admit to being a wee bit confused. If equality isn't an American value, then how do we explain away this little nugget? I mean, it DOES come from our very own Constitution:

No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Jeebus, y'all...I'd always been taught that it's better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt. Prager, like so many Conservative nutjobs, seems to think that the mere act of opening his pie hole makes whatever spews forth the truth. This allows him and his fellow ideologues to voice the wackiest, more unsupportable ideas- but, hey, they're Republicans...and EVERYONE knows that God's on their side.

Well, yeah, I suppose that would explain how and why John McCain is going to get his @$$ handed to him this coming Tuesday...'cuz EVERYONE knows that Barack Obama's a Muslim who pals around with terrorists, don'tchaknow?? ;-)
