A couple minor housekeeping items:
1) My latest heart-breaking work of staggering sportswriting genius is up at Oregon Sports News. My column, We’re Talking Games Here. Not Life., is a reflection on the (sometimes unhealthy) role of sports in our lives.
2) The WWJD Lord of All Things Technical, James Bow (Yes, I’ve offshored my IT work to Canada. Deal with it.) will be doing something soon to upgrade/makeover/blow up WWJD. I don’t know exactly when this will all go down or quite what the finished product will look like, but James has never led me astray, so I’ve put WWJD’s future in his capable hands. I’ve had some ideas as to what I’d like to see implemented, and I’ve communicated those, but I’m Concept. James is Execution & Implementation. There will be more- of what, I’m not exactly certain- but it’ll be designed for someone (me) trying to take a more professional and systematic approach to pursuing a writing career. I’m pretty stoked about the whole thing…. ;-)
