I hurt my back last week, and for the past few days I’ve not been able to stand, walk, roll over in bed, or do anything without a phenomenal amount of pain. I’ve been walking with a pronounced limp, and doing most anything has been agonizing. I can’t begin to imagine how much pain I’ll be dealing with after being on my feet for 3 1/2 hours at a Bruce Springsteen concert…but the only way I’m not going is if I’m in traction or on Thorazine.
