You don't get this flying into Cleveland

One of the things I love about flying into Portland is the final approach into PDX. On a clear, sunny day, spectacular views of several different mountains- St. Helens, Baker, Adams, Rainer, the Three Sisters- can be seen. My favorite by far is Mt. Hood, because planes will fly directly past it, and in some cases almost directly over it. The view is breathtaking, and it’s something that never gets old. I thought I’d share one of my all-time favorite views of Mt. Hood from an airplane window…courtesy of Twitter.

Enjoy….
