You know, it might be a different story if the war had been sold to Americans honestly. It might also have been different if something resembling planning had been done to deal with the after-action realities. The military held up their end up the bargain, handling themselves in a thoroughly professional and admirable manner. It's just too bad that the same thing cannot be said for George W. Bush and his Administration.
