I don't really have a whole lot to say this morning, mostly because I have to leave in a half an hour to catch my flight to Miami. How in the hell do you pack for a month-long business trip, anyway?
At least the forecast for Miami is a bit cooler than it is for Houston. It's supposed to be reaching 98 later this week. (Like I'm going to miss that....) Of course, if I were to head somewhere for the month of August, you'd think I'd be smart enough to make sure it was north of the Mason-Dixon line.
South Florida in August? What the hell was I thinking...and yes, I volunteered for this....
I just hoped that I remembered to pack my underwear....
